What You're Committing To

  1. In-person attendance. Monthly peer board meetings are held in person in Northern Colorado. Remote participation is not available for board sessions — the peer advisory model depends on face-to-face engagement.
  2. A full six months. The fellowship is a structured program, not a drop-in resource. Fellows are expected to participate through the complete cohort from June through November 2026.
  3. Active peer contribution. You're not just here to receive advice — you're expected to bring real challenges to the table and give honest feedback to the other seven Fellows. The board only works when everyone shows up prepared and engaged.
  4. Confidentiality. What's shared in the peer board stays in the peer board. Fellows will discuss financials, growth challenges and personnel issues in a candid environment. That only works with a firm mutual confidentiality commitment.
  5. Readiness to act. The fellowship is designed for owners who are ready to work on the business, not just in it. If you're at a point where outside perspective, financial clarity and regional visibility would move the needle, this is for you. If you're not ready to implement, wait for Cohort 2.
